Tiana Williams, New York native always had a deep love for fashion and creative expression. In 2008, she landed a professional opportunity to work, learn and grow alongside the Public Relations team at Essence, supporting Essence Fest. As life evolved, she transitioned to her first event planning role in 2010 at a nonprofit serving 400 families. This experience marked a pivotal moment in Tiana’s career. In 2014, she diversified her portfolio and pursued a dual role in Operations and Events Management. Honoring her creative spark, she followed her heart and founded The Williams Experience in 2021.
